Candidate Forum still available for you to watch….

Posted on August 11, 2025 by LWV Central Berkshires

Thank you to select board candidates Jorja Marsden and Sally Underwood-Miller for their participation in the forum. As life-long Stockbridge residents they described their distinctive visions for the future of Stockbridge and the challenges we face. They displayed camaraderie and civility while agreeing on most issues and highlighting their differences.

Thank you to CTSB and Erica Spitz, operations manager, for their live broadcast of the forum. The event is currently available on their Youtube page, click the link below.

The recording will be on the CTSB website https://ctsbtv.org/government-channel-1303, as well as the Cablecast app and Spectrum TV Channel 1303.

Dear Editor

LWV Central Berkshire County is gearing up for local elections in the spring. Our chapter has compiled a Local Elections Schedule for your convenience:
https://lwvcentralberkshires.org/voter-info/.
Find your town and be sure you are registered to vote, so that you can participate in both Town Meeting and your town’s election. Local elections are held on different days; most occur in May. Be sure to check!

We encourage you to look to see what positions are open. There is a need for more volunteers to serve in these critical roles that keep our communities strong. We encourage you to consider running for a seat.

LWV CBC will be hosting candidate forums where voters can meet the people running for office. You can help us cover the many towns we serve
In South and Central Berkshire County by notifying us of any contested races and open seats where a forum would be useful. You may contact us through email at lwvcentralberkshires@gmail.com
